1. What these terms cover

These Terms of Use apply exclusively to the public flashrsvp.com website, which is institutional and commercial in nature.

Access to the platform portals — backoffice, client portal and guest portal — is governed by the commercial agreement signed with each client and by the terms and policies presented inside each portal.

2. FlashRSVP

FlashRSVP is an RSVP and guest-logistics platform for corporate events, contracted by companies through a commercial proposal. This site presents the product and lets you request a demonstration.

Site content is informational and may be updated without notice. It does not constitute a binding offer; features, deadlines and conditions are defined by contract.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited: attempting to breach security mechanisms; overloading the infrastructure; submitting false information through the contact form; abusive automated scraping of content.

The FlashRSVP brand, logo, copy, design and other site elements belong to their owners and are protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
